VHS Conversion Request

Fill out the form below to request VHS to Digital conversion. You will receive an e-mail with a quote 1-3 business days after submitting the request. Please review the pricing for all options below.

General Pricing

There is a flat fee of $20/tape for all conversions. This includes conversion and one DVD creation per tape.

Add-on Pricing

Flash Drive - Additional $10 for each required flash drive. (64GB - Typically holds 6-10 Tapes)

Plex Hosting - Additional $10/tape

AI Correction - Additional $20/tape

Pickup/Delivery Pricing

Local Pickup - Charged at the standard IRS Mileage Rates ($0.65/mile as of 2023) for both pickup and return. This amount is calculated from the address provided in the form below.

Shipping - Pricing Varies. You pay for initial shipping. Return shipping is billed separately upon order fulfillment.

More Information

  • Currently, we can only process Standard VHS, Mini-DV, and 8mm tape form-factors.

  • Without any add-ons, please allow roughly 1 day per tape of processing time after your tapes have been received.

    The time may vary and we will keep you informed throughout the process.

    For tapes requiring AI correction, please allow roughly 1 week per tape due to the significant increase in processing time for this feature.

  • Plex is a media hosting application we can leverage to provide you with access to your content from anywhere in the world (with an internet connection). You can download the app on your mobile device, smart TV, or Desktop Computer to enjoy your memories at any time.

    You must already have an account registered at https://plex.tv and provide us with the registered e-mail.

    Your Content will be added to a personal space within our Plex Server and shared only with your associated accounts upon request.

  • AI Correction drastically improves the quality of older tapes. We run the video through our AI processor once it has been converted. During this process, we can nearly eliminate all shakey camera motion, rolling shutter, and even upscale to 1080p (or higher) resolution.

    Results will vary depending on the quality and condition of source material.

    Overall, this process provides a noticeable difference in quality.

    NOTE: AI Correction will significantly increase processing time. Please allow at least one week per tape when selecting this option.
