Deleted a file last week by mistake? We can retrieve deleted files for up to 30 days before they disappear for good!

Need to pickup where you left off? In the event of a disaster, we can restore an exact image of your PC to a new device. It will be like your old one never died!

Additional (Important) Information

  • The monthly price is for a single device and includes automatic backup and storage only.

    • Device restoral and/or file recovery will be billed at an hourly rate.

    • Multiple devices require multiple backup plans.

  • Due to compatibility issues, standard backups are only available on Windows/Linux devices.

    • Apple/Mac backups are available with a custom plan only

  • Devices must be consistently powered and connected to the internet for backups to work as intended.

  • Pricing is determined by backup storage requirements.

    • The minimum plan includes up to 500GB of backup space for $5/mo.

  • Internet performance may be impacted during backup hours depending on the speed/quality of your connection

  • We may request access to your PC to repair backup issues in the event of backup failure

  • Backups are not meant to protect against short-term accidental deletion.

    • We can only restore a deleted file if it was present during the last scheduled backup window.

    • (i.e. we cannot restore a file you created and subsequently deleted during the same work day.)

  • Other backup solutions are available, such as on-site backup server deployment. Just ask us about a custom deployment.
